It took me a while to find a chicken burger I liked in Geneva, but I think I've finally found it! It's delicious, and the quantity/price ratio is excellent for the boxes. The staff on the phone were also very understanding about my food intolerances. I highly recommend it!
It's a shame there isn't a zero-star rating for the service. We ordered through Uber Eats, where it said 20 minutes, but we had to wait an hour and a half. I tried contacting them several times, and they stopped responding after an hour and a half of waiting. Everything was cold and bad. Nothing like the photos.
Outrageous!! Delivery deadline not met, customer service surprisingly responsive but incapable of finding a solution, a delivery driver who lied, saying the order had been delivered and then had the nerve to claim it was mistakenly delivered to another woman—it's madness! Avoid them for delivery, and I can't even tell you if they're any good since I never received my order.

7 months agoThe burger was very good, delivery might have taken a little while (35-40 minutes), but the burgers were always hot.
