Shiso never disappoints! I've been to their locations in Berlin, Lisbon, and now Geneva, and every time the food has been delicious, the service excellent, and the experience great. While each restaurant has its own unique menu items, they are all equally good.
The times I've been in Geneva, the waitress has always been incredibly helpful and committed to providing a wonderful dining experience.
My Parisian experience was really better I was happy to find shiso burger in Geneva but the experience wasn’t great my fries came after I claimed because they forgot to bring them and of course I received them cold.
Lovely concept! Their beef burger was awesome, cooked to perfection and plated beautifully! Looking back, I should have tried a fish burger, but I was too sceptical. Tried their kimchi and I loved it! 100% recommend!

a year agoVery good burger. The bun is light. You can get beef, chicken, seafood and vegetarian burgers. I don’t like coleslaw but this one was very good.
