Very special, very good burgers. You can easily order via QR-code and choose how well the meat is cooked. You can also add extras or cut ingredients you don't like. Friendly waitress with a smile on her face and a cozy location. I tried Japanese beer for the first time - was also delicious!
Solid food; what I had turned out not to be that special (not one actual shiso leaf or other Japanese flavor in sight), but the atmosphere was really nice and the staff kind. I had the veggie burger, twisted potatoes (which just came with ketchup and mayo) and a Pink „Shiso“ Ice Tea (I guess named after the restaurant, because this also had no shiso in it and tasted quite simple).
Had a great meal at Shiso Burger Zürich! I tried the bulgogi burger — juicy, flavorful meat tossed in a perfect sweet-and-savory sauce, and all wrapped up with fresh toppings and soft bun. Fries were solid, side sauce added a nice kick. Friendly staff, relaxed vibe. If you’re craving a burger with a twist, this is the place!
