Hands down, this is one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life! If you're visiting Zurich, this place is an absolute MUST- Not An Option.
The food was so incredible that I actually went to the kitchen just to personally thank the chef. Every bite exceeded my expectations.
The staff are genuinely warm, caring, and professional (Romina). They remembered me and my order, and they were exceptionally precise in preparing and delivering it exactly the way I requested.
The restaurant is also conveniently located on the corner, making it very easy to find and access.
You guys are running an amazing business. Keep up the outstanding work—I’ll definitely be back!
Burgers and Shakes is the cutest rock ’n’ roll American diner I’ve ever been to — and I’m American Probably the cutest diner ever! The service was fabulous, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh and made to order, and their specialty burgers are to die for. If I’m ever back in Zürich, I will definitely be coming here again!

The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, even as a foreigner, I felt very warmly welcomed with genuine smiles. They also took the time to explain the menu and gave great recommendations.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great food and excellent service. I would definitely come back!
Today we came from Luzern just to see what this place was about, all of us already loved it the second we walked in. The vibe of the place alone is amazing. And the staff was amazing, really nice service. The food was amazing, best burgers (and schnitzel) we’ve ever had. The milkshakes were also really amazing and the staff even went to get more ingredients for us, which is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m sad I can’t give a better review.
We will definitely be visiting again!
My son and I have been traveling through Europe and after a couple weeks away we needed a taste of home. This spot was perfect! Burgers and fries were on point and very authentic, service was incredibly friendly and helpful (also happily switched right to English for us). Nice patio with folks walking by in the early evening. Milkshakes were fantastic.
Expect typical Ameri-kitsch decor, but nothing over the top. Prices a bit high, but not too out of the norm for the neighborhood.
Would recommend!
