I did not try the shakes but I noticed other customers who did and they appeared to enjoy them.
I had the smash burger with BBQ sauce.
Really nice with right amount of sauce but to overwhelming and enough of the sweet and sour to enjoy.
Huge and messy and enough for synwin that's hungry.
I skipped the fries so don't know if they're good or not.
The mocktail i had really refreshing with berries and a mix of juices.
Real nice.
The owner offered me a complimentary espresso.
Friendly and easy going.

Enough seating both in and out doors.

The burgers and fries were absolutely delicious, and the portions were very generous.
The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, even as a foreigner, I felt very warmly welcomed with genuine smiles. They also took the time to explain the menu and gave great recommendations.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great food and excellent service. I would definitely come back!
Hands down, this is one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life! If you're visiting Zurich, this place is an absolute MUST- Not An Option.
The food was so incredible that I actually went to the kitchen just to personally thank the chef. Every bite exceeded my expectations.
The staff are genuinely warm, caring, and professional (Romina). They remembered me and my order, and they were exceptionally precise in preparing and delivering it exactly the way I requested.
The restaurant is also conveniently located on the corner, making it very easy to find and access.
You guys are running an amazing business. Keep up the outstanding work—I’ll definitely be back!
Burgers and Shakes is the cutest rock ’n’ roll American diner I’ve ever been to — and I’m American Probably the cutest diner ever! The service was fabulous, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh and made to order, and their specialty burgers are to die for. If I’m ever back in Zürich, I will definitely be coming here again!
Our group came across this place, and it was an absolute blast! The entire restaurant is decorated like a classic American diner, complete with classic cars, Elvis memorabilia, license plates, and an overall awesome atmosphere.
Romina was our server, and she was absolutely phenomenal. The food was excellent, and the milkshakes were just as good. The Cheeseplosion smash burger was off the charts! We felt like family during our visit, and the owner was also a class act and even offered us Lemon Drops, which was a great touch.
If you’ve never been to Burgers & Shakes, you’re missing out. Do yourself a favor and stop by; you won’t be disappointed!
