Health disaster, first waited for 40 minutes!! Got served random, cold, untasty food, paid more than 20 bucks for 0 putput. Burger King, you own me some money!
Loved it! Went to get 2 burgers with my friend and added cheese but they removed my salad? I said there was no salad The guy with black slick back hair was super smiley and friendly. After he understood, he did not only give me a salad but he gave me a new burger and let me keep the old one🥲💕 It taste very good! Awesome service!!
20min wait to serve me a simple take away order with 3 items. Absolutely overpriced on top of it. At that point a real restaurant would be cheaper and faster.
EDIT 28.06.2026: I tried this Burger King again today. I couldn't even order because of their 8 ordering kiosks only 1 or 2 were even working. I gave up after 4 tries. Absolute joke of a restaurant, if basic maintenance like this is visibly lacking what does that tell your guests about the less visible aspects?
Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing. Customers trying to order at the counter were repeatedly redirected to the self-service machines, even when asking politely for assistance. The interaction felt unfriendly and unnecessarily rigid. A little more patience and customer care would make a big difference.
i ordered from uber eats, the delivery was on time, the burger was okay, so were the fries and the sprite. BUT the salad was DISGUSTING, i ordered the chicken salad , the sauce/dressing was non-existent, the nuggets in the salad were hard, cold and over-cooked,AND THE CORN WAS SPOILED
