Health disaster, first waited for 40 minutes!! Got served random, cold, untasty food, paid more than 20 bucks for 0 putput. Burger King, you own me some money!
Super full and incredibly long wait time (35 mins). The operational systems here are clearly struggling, and order fulfilment is far too slow for a fast food standard. This is not a knock on the individuals working, but rather on how the floor is being managed and organised. We had to follow up twice after it seemed our order had been forgotten, and then twice again to get it corrected. The food itself was okay at best. I've been to McDonald's locations that are twice as busy, significantly smaller, and still consistently fulfil orders within 10 mins, which is a totally reasonable benchmark for the chain. If you're tight on time, the Subway next door is a safer bet.
Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing. Customers trying to order at the counter were repeatedly redirected to the self-service machines, even when asking politely for assistance. The interaction felt unfriendly and unnecessarily rigid. A little more patience and customer care would make a big difference.
Ordered my food via the kiosk, i ordered 4 chicken strips and a coke with 6 onion rings.
The food was cold, tasted like it had been cooked in expired oil, furthermore, who needs 25 napkins and 7 packets of ketchup which i didnt ask for, also 4 packs of frites sauce?! Wastage and environmental comcern should be better manages in burger king HB.
Very friendly staff. Quick service. Burgers were also good.
They have about 6 screens to order from and also they will help you take order if needed.
They also take Euros and US Dollars.
