We had another wonderful experience at Kai Sushi! Everything was absolutely amazing again. The sushi was incredibly fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully prepared.
What we also appreciated a lot was how child-friendly and welcoming everything was. Coming with a stroller was no problem at all, and the atmosphere felt very comfortable and relaxed for families.
The staff were once again very kind. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!
Shortly after we were seated we felt a little uncomfortable with the service from the taller female server. We went as a family and as we were viewing the menu we felt she was very rude & impatient returning a few times asking to take our order with absolutely no smile however the restaurant wasn’t busy . For most of the dishes we ordered she had me repeat myself . Her attitude really put a damper to the whole experience for my family dining at Kai.
We were there with our 3 kids and they were very flexible changing our table to the bar because the kids prefered the experience of ‚self service‘. We could ask the cook every combination we like and he was extremely friendly. The sushi is very fresh and the gyoza’s are the best, as always! We order regularly online, but it was the first time in Kai Sushi Lessing. An excellent experience.
Update 2: best spicy edamame in town. Added one more star since I liked it so much.
Update: Went there again for dinner and loved the atmosphere, the food and even had to add one more star.
Rolls were okay, but not something I would try again.
