We chanced upon this place as we needed to charge the rental car. But we loved the service and also the food recommended by the staff - Caesar salad, pesto linguine and beef fondue (beef broth). The beef is so fresh and tender and the soup is superb! We could enjoy the soup after! It’s a new experience for us and so unforgettable! Highly recommend! 🤩🤩🤩
We visited this restaurant and ordered a few drinks. A waitress seated us at a table that had a “Reserved” sign on it. I should point out that there were around 10 other empty tables with the same “Reserved” signs.
Shortly afterward, an older waiter came to our table and repeatedly told us that the table was reserved. He did this three separate times. Let me repeat: the other reserved tables were completely empty and had no guests at them.
What made me especially uncomfortable was that he always approached me when my husband was away from the table. His tone was rude and unnecessarily confrontational. It got to the point where I felt so uncomfortable that I asked my husband to leave the restaurant before we had even finished our drinks.
Please improve communication between your staff. If a guest is seated at a reserved table by one of your employees, it is not the customer’s responsibility to deal with conflicting instructions from another employee.
Also, ordering only drinks does not give anyone the right to treat customers disrespectfully. What was particularly noticeable was how confident this waiter was when speaking in an elevated tone to a woman, while his behavior seemed very different when speaking to men.
If I could give a rating lower than one star, I would. Very disappointing experience.
Service took around 45mn (which is too long for a midday break unfortunately) for a Burger and Fries.
The burger wasn't bad by itself but wasn't exceptional either (doesn't taste like "wanna go back just to eat it once again")
