We shared a few tasty appetizers and dessert with a bottle of wine. Much of the info online is about the interior, and everyone was seated outside the night we went, so I can’t comment on that. It was an upbeat crowd of different ages and lots of cigarettes - which is always surprising coming from a part of the world with far less smoking. Try sharing the sausage wrapped in cabbage and fried. It’s unique and tasty!
Wonderful location: just off Chaudron square. The place has a lovely french atmosphere. The staff is courteous and listens. The boss is really accommodating, as they have a small room for private events (40 seats for a meal). The food is really good, vegetarian options available. The prices are a bit above average but you should treat yourself to this place
Literally my favorite food spot in Lausanne, as a tourist and a big fanatic of cheese, I kept coming back to this historic bar for their delicious fondue and Malakoff cheese. I highly recommend it for locals and first time visitors like myself. Ps: The service they provide is as amazing as their food.
Nice Brasserie close to St Francois/Coop City. We went there to have Fondue as part of the Pintes Ouvertes. The food was very nice and the service friendly as well. Inwould definitely visit again.
