ordered a double cheeseburger, no fries, no drink. good consistency/bite! the bun is fluffy and has the perfect amount of chewiness to it. the pickles are sweet, tangy and crispy, and the ketchup is well balanced with finely diced white onion. the cheese was well melted. you can definitely taste the quality of the beef.

convenient location - very close to all of the main train tracks. all in all a great alternative to a kebap or a sandwich if you are in a pinch or just craving a good burger.

Go to McDonald’s, pay for a menu and enjoy the rest of the money you still have left.
Honestly a quite mediocore burger. Very expensive for what you get. My fries tasted reheated and the burger meat as well. The buns were nice but generally there are better fresher burgers you can get at HB. Maybe I just had high expectations because you often see it ranked as one of the best in zurich but I can not agree with that.
Ill give it another go in the future, maybe I just got unlucky.
We ordered burgers and 10 seconds later realized that you can't sit and eat there. We asked for our money back, only 10 seconds after the order. They said we can't have it back.
Horrible service. Horrible atmosphere. And guess what? Horrible overrated burger.
Amazing burger in its own but especially so considering it’s at a train station. Spicy burger is the way to go! Comes with jalapeños and a nice sauce. The lemonade is also pretty good. Fried are fresh cooked and crunchy.
