We had the pleasure of spending an evening at Anna Restaurant, and honestly, it was close to flawless from beginning to end.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfectly in place. The menu was beautifully composed, each course thoughtful and precise, with great respect for the ingredients and a very clear culinary style. Nothing felt excessive — just elegant, confident cooking where every dish made sense.
A special thank you goes to Laura, who took care of our table throughout the evening. Her service was exceptionally warm, attentive and highly professional — exactly the kind of hospitality that elevates a great restaurant experience even further.
For me personally, the wine pairing was a real highlight. The selections were interesting, perfectly matched to the dishes and showed a lot of knowledge and sensitivity.
We were four people at the table and every one of us truly enjoyed the entire evening. Each course impressed, the service was outstanding and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.
Honestly, we cannot think of a single criticism.
We would recommend this restaurant to anyone without hesitation. For us, the experience easily deserved more than 16 GaultMillau points.
My wife and I spent our anniversary celebrating at Anna enjoying delicious food and wine. We ordered the 5 course tasting and wine option and it didn’t disappoint. Our server was an expert in the dishes being served and was particularly knowledgeable about the wines. The atmosphere is modern, clean and cozy and perfect for date night.
Great venue, great food and great service. We went there a couple of weeks ago and everything about that place is worth trying. We take the 6 plats + plin Menu and every dishes were well presented and tasteful. Good selection of wine too.
Anna absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the first course to the last glass of wine, the entire evening felt thoughtful, refined and genuinely special. The wine pairing was fantastic and matched the dishes beautifully without ever feeling forced or overly “safe”.
What impressed us most was how seriously and creatively they handled gluten-free dining. There was absolutely no sense of compromise or “replacement food” — every dish felt complete, intentional and exciting in its own right. That is still surprisingly rare, even at very good restaurants.
The veal ravioli and the blue cheese risotto were honestly unforgettable. Some of the best versions of both dishes we’ve ever had. Complex, balanced, deeply comforting and still elegant.
Service was friendly, warm, attentive and highly professional without becoming stiff or pretentious. The whole team created an atmosphere that made us want to stay all night.
A truly memorable dinner and one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Zürich. We will definitely be back.
