The staff was really friendly and welcoming from the start. Vasco greeted us with a big smile and even welcomed us in our own language, which was a very nice and personal touch.
Li took great care of us as well — polite, positive, and always smiling.
The food was excellent. We had the All American Burger, the Pastrami Burger, and the California Burger, and all of them were super tasty and well made.
Overall, great food, great service, and a very pleasant atmosphere.
Highly recommended.

Good burgers. I have been going to Black tap for many years in Zurich and in Geneva. During my latest visit in Zurich, I have noticed that customers do not receive anymore a small cup of sauce for burger and I assume it’s now a different type of cucumbers used (watery, not crunchy, too spicy, not tasty as before). I used to like Black tap for consistency over the years and I get a feeling that now customers get a slightly lower quality. It’s a bit disappointing.
Sebastian at the bar was so nice and welcoming. We had a lovely time. My niece enjoyed a shake. The rest of us had some drinks at the bar and delicious chicken burgers and chicken tenders. Highly recommend.

4 months agoGood Wagu burger. Tasty onion rings but the onion used were almost too thin and dry, not the center part of onion.
