Im from away so I asked to order and pay before I get my meal. He was very understanding and when the tip button came up he just clicked skip on my behalf which I wish he didn't. Food was lovely never ate this dish before, water and bread along with it. They served me fast and checked up on me politely. Lots of locals visit here such a great spot
We went to Brasserie Belleville on a Monday night and it was a pleasant experience. Although the restaurant was relatively quiet, there was a good atmosphere and the staff was very attentive. The only thing I would note is that we waited a while for our food to arrive, but we had drinks to sip on so it was not an issue. We both ordered the tartare spicy and it was a delicious, generous portion. The fries were nice and crispy and the waitress brought us more toast throughout the meal when she saw that we were running low. Overall, great date night spot!
Good atmosphere on a Thursday night and our waiter made sure our evening was well spent! Nice food and generous portions, but personally I thought this was a bit expensive versus the quality offered.
Went there to chill and taste a glass of light, red Swiss wine. It was nicely refreshing. What made the evening even better was the calmness and design of the space. Their brasserie is welcoming and spacious. It could easily host families and a large group of friends.
Stopped here for dinner as we were staying in the area - plenty of tables available despite it already being quite busy. Really friendly staff who we enjoyed chatting to. Not a huge menu but what was on there was good quality with decent portion sizes - I had foie gras terrine, beef tartare and tart of the day for dessert, all of which were very tasty. Prices very reasonable for Switzerland too.
