One of the best burger places I have ever eaten. Also, one of the best veggie burgers I've ever tasted. Highly recommend for those longing a bit of American cuisine on their travels. Really love the atmosphere too. Staff is also very friendly.
Very nice looking burger joint with lots of seats and spacious room for dine in. Burger was decent and service was fast. When you’re craving for fast food that will fill you up quickly, this is something you may want to consider. They also have kids menu which you can choose from if you’re only wanting a light meal or snack. The fact that they also have a self service machine where you can order and pay helps you to take your time and choose the menu carefully. Overall a pleasant experience. I’d recommend this place when visiting Zürich.
Wanted a simple and more affordable meal in Zurich so I stopped in this chain spot. I had the Smash burger and it was decently made but also didn’t blow me away.
Still relatively expensive as it’s Zurich but if you’re craving a burger I can generally recommend.
I ordered from uber eats and wanted vegetarian burger instead of chicken which i ordered wrongly. However, i called the restaurant and requested if they would change it to vegetarian one. Thereby, a lady on a call said it isn’t possible but when i received the order it appeared to be vegetarian one. So, big big appreciation and thanks to the lady on the phone and the kitchen crew who made it surprisingly. Thank you team burgermeister :)
Very disappointed. Normally I take my family to the Bellevue branch and we quite like it there. This place is very different. Service staff seems lost. They do not speak German at all and only some very basic English. You‘re getting forced to order with your smartphone and even asked to tip in advance. I ordered a veggie burger by mistake and staff refused to take it back. After all it was just a ridiculously bad experience I won‘t coming back.
