I was genuinely amazed by the vegetarian pan-fried dumplings here. Crispy on the outside, flavorful and juicy on the inside — honestly some of the best dumplings I’ve had in Switzerland. Even if you’re not vegetarian, these are absolutely worth trying.

One of the best sushi I have ever tried!
The food is delicious, I couldn't try everything because I didn't have anymore space, but the whole menu makes me desire to take every single piece. I will definitely come again. The portions were perfect for me, and the staff is very kind and professional aswell. They offered me a dessert because I was there to make my self a gift for my birthday.

We had an amazing experience at Kai Sushi Oerlikon! The food was super fresh and delicious, and the presentation was just beautiful. The atmosphere was stylish but still comfortable – a great place to enjoy sushi. What really made it special was the service: super friendly, attentive, and just spot-on. You really feel welcome here. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Food is good however also affected by shrinkflation (the mochis get smaller every year).

Service is so so. Generally nice people but not always pro. Example: yesterday there was a misunderstanding and the service person ordered avocado makis whereas we wanted cucumber makis. When they brought us the plate we signalled it, and they brought us cucumber makis. In a normal setup you could expect that the restaurant would offer the new makis. But not there, we paid for both. There are no small profits, I guess. It’s not the end of the world but not great.
Never a disappointment. Everything we tried here, always tickled our taste buds. Should you find yourself hesitant, treat yourself with the avocado bites.
The staff is always pleasant and never pushy.
