We made a quick stop in Geneva for about 48 hours, and this spot was high on our Switzerland bucket list. You just can’t go to Switzerland without trying fondue — and who doesn’t love cheese?
The two ladies working made us feel completely at home, and their warm hospitality made the experience even more special. The fondue was hands down the best we've ever had, and the charcuterie board was the perfect complement — it paired so well with the rich, melty cheese and fresh bread.

me and my boyfriend have been to geneva twice and we've been to this place both times! its always amazing here and the staff are so nice each time. The fondue is amazing here and so is the rest of the food. I highly recommend this place
Tourist or local, if you are looking for delicious Swiss foods, this is the place! The fondue was incredible and the prices reasonable. Both the owners and the wait staff spent time with us and was very helpful. We will definitely be back.
Was looking for fondue on a rainy day and decided to try Le Gobelet d’Argent. I suggest to book a table in advance, as the restaurant was fully booked when we arrived. We got a table right next to the window and it was a bit cold every time the door opened and closed and cold air coming from the window. The fondue was great, we had 200g cheese option but also 300g wouldn’t be an issue to finish. Meringue for desert was ok, but tasted slightly different than usual. Overall good service and good food.
