I passed by yesterday and it wasn’t planned to stop, but the interior design immediately caught my attention. The place has a warm and inviting atmosphere, which made us curious to try it.
I went there with a friend and we ordered sashimi, chicken curry, and beef ramen. Everything tasted very good, fresh, and well prepared. To finish, we tried their famous matcha tiramisu, which I totally recommend a perfect dessert if you like matcha.
The service was also great. The waiter was professional, attentive, and helpful, and he spoke English, which I really appreciate. In an international city like Zurich, it definitely makes the experience easier for visitors and tourists.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and spontaneous discovery. Good food, nice atmosphere, and professional service. I would happily come back.
Staff is very welcoming and smiley. Such a cosy environment even for one person. Food was amazing and i can’t believe i had everything in my tummy not leaving a single thing. Would definitely come back for more ✨🥰
We had late lunch and the quality of the Sushi Platter I got was
wonderful. The service is also great.
My dog named Sushi immediately got a bowl of water and the server was very attentive and pleasant.
A very nice evening at Negishi restaurant to celebrate our daughter’s 14th birthday. From making a booking to table service for the evening the staff were welcoming, warm and friendly. To start our table had a small ‘happy birthday’ chalk board greeting sign. We were gifted a small starter for our daughter and a small desert with the waitress singing happy birthday. The occasion was special, the food was amazing and service from Lea was very great, could not have asked for more!
Great (slightly fancy) Japanese restaurant in Zurich. The food was good, though the portions are small so we tried a lot of different things on the menu.
Atmosphere mixes authentic and classy aesthetics, everything is clean.
The service was good though slightly slower than I would've expected.
This place had a full revamp recently: it looks great! It is more convenient now that they've replaced the sitting area with normal tables: there's more space.
The only negative is that it is extremely expensive unfortunately (like many things in Zurich).
