Very good restaurant . Stqrters are great you can even find some veggies . Desserts are not great but this is always the case in Japanese restaurants.

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of Restaurant Edamame in Carouge, Geneva. I took away a sashimi platter of tuna toro (belly part) and salmon, both exquisite. Service was a bit slow. Price was in line with quality.
