We were there for a business dinner. The service and food were very nice. It’s in a nice area, close to the city center, and the interior is also pleasant. They have a lovely terrace.
We dined here our last evening in Zurich. What a great experience we had! There were 4 adults and a toddler and we were all treated like family. I believe our server's name was Christos, ( I do remember he was Greek). He did a very nice job of attending to our needs. The food was some of the best we had the entire two weeks we were in Switzerland. We had a salad and Burrata appetizer , both of which we great. My wife had the local fish and raved about it at every bite. While all the mains were very good, the cheesecake desert was one of the best we have ever experienced. If we had stayed longer, I know we would have returned for more the next day!
Just the best restaurant in Zurich overall: beautiful setting (in&outside), very creative yet absolutely delicious, very polite and even kind staff, caters to all (incl. vegans), INSANE value for the price. 10 stars.
The ultimate place for those who prefer vegan or gluten-free food. Half of the menu is vegan, and almost all dishes are gluten-free (there is only one exception!). We are ok with gluten and not vegans, but it was very interesting to try this cousin. The food was very tasty, and the presentation of the dishes was simply art. We weren't particularly impressed with the rhubarb dessert, but maybe we just didn’t get the concept :). A special feature is that their grill runs on wood, which gives the grilled foods a pleasant smell of wood smoke. We felt this particularly with cauliflower. The service was very pleasant and friendly and entire atmosphere was just great.
Strongly recommend to visit here.
some wonderful dishes based on open fire cooking but also excellent service (thank you Christo and all colleagues in front and behind the serving bench) made a wonderful experience for us, worth more visits in the future. Special praise goes to the wine list which is very balanced among Italian, French, Spanish and Swiss wines, the latter not as famous as the others but well worth trying them too (we had a very tasteful Swiss rose).
