Santa Lucia Ristorante in Zurich's Niederdorf is a delightful dining spot that consistently impresses with its exceptional pizza. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect place for both casual outings and special occasions. The star of the menu is undoubtedly the pizza. They offer a wide variety, catering to all tastes, but my personal favorite is the **Pizza Grand Gusto**. It’s a perfect blend of fresh ingredients and bold flavors, leaving a lasting impression with every bite. The crust is perfectly crispy, and the toppings are generous and flavorful. Service is also noteworthy; the staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, enhancing the overall dining experience for Lunch or Dinner! If you're in Zurich and craving pizza, Santa Lucia is a must-visit!

Amazing food, but better consideration for tourists would help The food at Santa Lucia Niederdorf is truly outstanding – easily 5 stars for taste. The pizzas and pasta were excellent, and the tiramisu was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely world-class dessert. One small concern: as tourists on a guided tour with a fixed schedule, we had to stand in the normal queue, with no priority or flexibility, which can be stressful when you have limited time. A little consideration for tourists who need to leave quickly would really improve the experience. That said, I must specially appreciate Angelo Novello (I believe the manager). He handled the situation very honestly and professionally – first seating everyone in the queue properly, then ensuring our order was taken and served very fast so we didn’t miss our tour schedule. That effort really made a difference. Overall, fantastic food, good atmosphere, and professional handling by the manager. With a bit more sensitivity toward time-bound tourists, this place could easily be a full 5-star experience.

Our waiter was perfect. Having fine dined here before it was great to confirm the Michelin grade food, service and atmosphere. I remember saying to the staff that "please thank Chef Michaelangelo".

A good burrata and friendly staff, but a disappointing risotto. I visited Santa Lucia on a Sunday evening after a recommendation from my hotel next door. It is a large, busy restaurant, with pizza prominent on the menu and on the tables around me. I was seated quickly, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The burrata with tomatoes was the highlight: plenty of ripe tomatoes, sensibly served at room temperature, with basil and olive oil. Simple and very enjoyable. The Pinot Grigio was fine, if unremarkable. The carbonara listed bacon, cream and Grana Padano. As someone who prefers the classic Roman version with guanciale, egg yolks and pecorino, I chose something else. I did not taste the carbonara. Unfortunately, the mushroom risotto was disappointing. The rice was soft and, to my taste, overcooked, without the slight bite I expect. Although there was liquid around the edges, the dish felt heavy rather than silky and cohesive. It lacked both a pronounced mushroom flavour and the buttery, savoury depth of a well-finished risotto. The mushrooms themselves were acceptable, but the overall result was bland. I did not raise this with the waiter, so the restaurant had no opportunity to put it right. However, getting the bill took about ten minutes despite repeated attempts to attract attention. Three stars is a generous rating, largely for the burrata and the friendly welcome. Pizza may be the stronger choice, but I did not try it. Based on this meal, I would not return or recommend the risotto.

Authentic Italian food made fresh in front of you! Lovely dark candlelit atmosphere and the most attentive staff! Perfect food for tourists and very affordable food! Not overcharging people considering the restaurant is in a tourist hotspot! My new favorite pizza place! Shout out to Angelo🏻❤️
