Classics are reliable, signatures are enjoyable, and if you’re lucky enough to sit at the bar, that’s where the experience truly shines. Bar seating comes with complimentary water, small nibbles, and genuinely engaging bartenders. If you’re in the mood for something off‑menu, you can simply describe your flavor preferences and get a custom-crafted drink—always a nice touch. ✨👌 Service, however, is hit or miss. Depending on your server, it can range from excellent and attentive to noticeably subpar, which affects the overall experience more than it should. Now, putting things into proper perspective: compared to internationally renowned cocktail bars in cities like London, New York, or Barcelona this place doesn’t quite measure up. On a global cocktail scene scale, it lands at a 3 out of 5—good, enjoyable, but not destination‑worthy or particularly innovative. That said, context matters. With “No Idea” in Seefeld having closed, this bar currently stands as one of Zürich’s strongest cocktail options. It may not compete internationally, but locally, it absolutely holds its ground. Great place for drinks, especially if you appreciate rare whiskies and interesting wines. The selection is deep and clearly curated with care. It gets very busy on weekends, but it’s still fairly easy to walk in if you’re willing to sit at the bar and be flexible waiting about 10 minutes. The vibe is pure Zürich chic, so it’s the kind of place where people show up looking sharp and enjoying the scene. Dress well and enjoy it.

so close to being an overall 5/5 experience! the environment was intimate and sultry when we walked in. we chose to be seated in the garden for drinks & dessert. while a table was being cleaned for us, we noticed two servers whispering and looking at us. this gave us a bad feeling as it seemed we were unwelcomed, but once sat, our server was delightful. she gave amazing recs and really sold the farm-made sorbets! while passing back through the inside, the ambiance and music switched to a more lively setting. unfortunately we ran out of time to come back the next day. note that they’re unable to make modifications to their cocktails (i.e. replace the liquor used) as they are in-house recipes.

Definitely a landmark. Variety of offerings in every liquor is impressive. The place itself though, in my opinion needs a renovation. Cables on the fooor, like it’s not finished. For the prime prices they charge, they should pay more attention to the details. Nevertheless the service itself from the bartender was top notch.

A truly lovely spot with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The live jazz music adds a special charm and creates a perfect mood for a relaxed evening. The cocktails are expertly crafted and absolutely delicious, and the food also was good. A great place to unwind, enjoy good music, and spend a couple of hours, Highly recommended!
