Pizza was amazing, like in Italy and better the in Italy. It's the typical Neapolitan kind of pizza, very very soft and light. Incredibly testy. Tiramisu was one of the best that I have eaten in my life and I was born in Veneto where tiramisu was invented. Service is fast, friendly and very kind. I'll surely come back with friends and colleagues
Great pizzas!
A large choice of items. We’ve come several times and never been disappointed with the food. However, we were a bit surprised that the waiter tried to sell us extra items the two times he took our orders.
I hope that won’t happen next time.
I recommend to order pizza if I go there again ever. The pasta bolognese and lasagne were served without tomatoe sauce. So therefore I did not eat my plate. I prefer to eat bolognese as I know it with tomatoe sauce. The starters were good.
We have been visiting Luigia for many years now, and here’s our honest review on this establishment.
First of all, the restaurant can get quite noisy and crammed on weekends, however there is AC and a kid’s corner which is great for families. Depending on the team, service can be very quick, or sometimes you can be forgotten.
Note; they have made a conscious effort on this lately.
If you are sensitive to noise, or are slightly claustrophobic, I recommend coming during weeknights or calm weekdays.
Now, food wise Luigia has improved this year (2026). Their tomato sauce is to die for in pizzas, their ingredients are always fresh, and we have never had an issue with the dishes we were served. Their pistachio tiramisu is a perfect 10/10, and overall they’re very efficient in meal prep.
So for the food, I’ll definitely give it a five star rating, but if you want a quiet cosy restaurant then I recommend other establishments.
Very positively impressed by this place. Waiting staff multilingual, amazing care and service, decent prices, good food recommendations. Had the fettuccine with courgette and gambas + salsiccia pizza. Only comment is that the portions are a bit small so beware if you're hungry, might have to order double portions
