ALBA Sourdough Pizza

Very nice pizza experience in Zürich. The pizza tastes excellent. Highly recommend! Very creative appetizers with a nice twist. The menu is small but the quality of the food is top. 👍🏼 Unfortunately the tiramisu was sold out already on a Friday evening around 9pm. 🥲 The service was good but some orders were not coming on time or were forgotten. Overall a solid pizza place with a special atmosphere. I will come again for the great pizza and hopefully next time I can try a nice tiramisu dessert.

We had such a great dinner at Alba Pizza in Zürich. We started with the Tatar, which was surprisingly refined — super fresh, perfectly seasoned, and plated with real care. Then came the pizzas, and honestly, the sourdough base was the star of the evening. Light, airy, and full of flavor with that perfect sourdough tang — one of the best pizza crusts I’ve had in Zürich. We ordered the Prosciutto e Funghi and the Diavola, and both were fantastic. The prosciutto tasted incredibly fresh, the mushrooms had great texture, and the Diavola had just the right kick without overpowering the other flavors. The service was warm and relaxed, and the whole place has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to linger a bit longer. A really memorable meal — we’ll definitely be back!

Best pizza in Zürich! The sourdough is perfect balance of crispy & fluffy but still light. Everyone working there is so friendly and nice but also so knowledgeable, especially as someone with a lot of allergies and is vegan! The seasonal vegan pizzas are always so good- I miss the last but fall in love with the new one each time. The creative cocktails and great red wine pairs perfectly with the pizza. Couldn’t recommend enough! Def would reserve in advance

This place is phenomenal! Highly recommend. All the pizzas we had were delicious, and we loved the tiramisu. They maintain a list of where their ingredients are sourced from, and everything tasted so good. We dined on 8/23/25 and while they appeared to be slightly short staffed and apologetic (while hosting a private party on the bar side) all the servers were attentive to us and we felt well taken care of! * note, online reservations were full for the night but we called when they opened and they found a table for us! Definitely worth calling the restaurant directly to guarantee a table :)

I loved the restaurant and the atmosphere at night! Not only was the food fantastic, but the cocktails were as well. Moreover, it was my birthday, and they brought me a tiramisu with a candle and took a beautiful Polaroid picture of me and my partner. We had a great time, and we’re sure we’ll come back!
