Price to quality ratio is not very high. The burger, fries, and drink are what you would expect but the price is much higher than expected. For all three one will spend around 24CHF as of Sept 2025.
The lack of actual seating in the dining area is something to note as we took our food for takeaway instead and went to the park to sit down and eat. Due to this, I expected a lower price threshold as overhead expenses for cleaning and maintaining the dining area should not be of much cost. Seafood options are minimal. Overall, I do not see myself returning here again.
Used to be an excellent smash burger spot. Staff changed and now they are serving the classic medium rare as if it were an american steak house. Missing the point of smash burgers, at least the fries are reliably perfect. Complaining about the price is useless, its at the zurich main station after all.
Action burger is based within the Zurich HB train station. We ordered 4 burgers and 1 portion of chips, and it cost over 60 CHF. I suppose this is standard for Zurich but I'd expect a better burger for that price.
I had a double cheeseburger and I think its the best version I‘ve had in Switzerland. Let me tell you why: The perfect proportion between bun,patty, pickle and cheese made me taste the amazing quality of the meat. The consistency of the toasted bun perfect. Fries were good to. All in all a fair deal for the absolute perfection of a cheeseburger.
CHF 25 for a burger and fries. Definitely on the pricy side but
The Heat Burger is what I always wanted a chili cheeseburger to be: juicy meat, a creamy cheese sauce, and just the right amount of jalapeños.
The fries were fresh and pretty good as well.
