Overall good with some special food such as lobster and caviar but somehow the overall experience is not at the level you expect from the price you pay and reference from Michelin. Food taste and quality is not consistent. Some dish are excellent some other plain. It feels like you can eat as good in other restaurant where you pay half the price.
First of all, it’s Swiss prices. Once you get past that, Sala serves good sushi - sake, maguro, amaebi, nothing adventurous - good unagi, and might be the only shabu in town. I prefer their service over Bimi, if we have to compare.
I got the Sala No Omakase, certain pieces out of the 21 are low quality or cheap cuts. Only 7-8 are really good. So overall it's a bit too pricey but good quality sushi.
